The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with OMYMONSTER, hereinafter referred to as “ OMYMONSTER”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the OMYMONSTER website and mobile website.

By using OMYMONSTER and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

OMYMONSTER wants to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to 

(i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; 

(ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the leelik.hk site, or which impacts the security of the site, or 

(iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

1. Policy

1.1 Please carefully read the terms and conditions beforeyou make any payments.

1.2 By submitting an order to our company (including through our online store or via WhatsApp), customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

1.3 Our company reserves the right to photograph all products, and the related images will be used for display purposes.

1.4 We amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

2. Order

Upon providing us with your email address and placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. 

OMYMONSTER will fulfill the order according to the contents listed in the confirmation email. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund you using the method you used to make the payment. If circumstances require alternative arrangements, we will notify you to contact OMYMONSTER customer service to complete the refund process.

3. Colours and measurements

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. An item’s measurements given on leelik.hk are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the details of the products, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.

4. Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed at OMYMONSTER does not include a delivery charge.

The shipping fee for each order is the same, regardless of the size or weight of the product. The cost for each delivery method is clearly displayed during the checkout process.

6. Delivery

OMYMONSTER exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.

OMYMONSTER endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 3 - 7 business days following confirmation of an order. 

 7. Return and Exchange Policy

8. Guarantee

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, OMYMONSTER  abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us. 

9. Assignment

OMYMONSTER reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.

10. Severance

If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

11. Ownership

11.1 Trademark, Service Marks and Copyright of OMYMONSTER

Trademarks and service marks in our online shop (omymonster.com) belong to us and all rights in them are reserved. All graphics, logos, service marks and trademarks cannot be used without the prior written consent of our company. All contents on our online shop, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software and audio clips; any improvements or modifications to such content; any derivative works thereof; the collection, arrangement and assembly of all content appearing on this site, are the exclusive property of us and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. All software used on our site is the property of us and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Use of Information and Materials

This site may currently only be used as a shopping resource or to conduct on-line communications. You may not distribute or commercially exploit the site or any part of its content (whether by reproduction, retransmission, dissemination, sale, broadcast, circulation, republication, amendment, re-delivery using "framing" or similar technology or otherwise). Any use of the on-line communication features of this site may only be used for lawful purposes and you may not post or transmit any material which is objectionable (whether harmful, threatening or otherwise); OMYMONSTER reserves the right (but without the obligation or liability) to prohibit or remove any such material.

12. Force Majeure

For situations that are beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to, fire, accidents, natural hazards, laws and orders made by the HKSAR government or any statutory authorities, strikes, lack of labor, delay on goods, raw materials or shipment, which makes it impossible for OMYMONSTER to perform its obligations written here, OMYMONSTER shall be exempted from those duties and will not be held responsible.
